Technology

The engine.

D10 builds resource-intelligence pipelines. From raw open data through ranked, ground-truthed targets. Everything downstream of "which square kilometre matters" is proprietary; the data upstream is deliberately public.

Pipeline

From open data to staked ground.

Six stages, run continuously. Each stage narrows the search from a flood of open data down to a shortlist of parcels worth staking.

  1. Stage 01
    Data collection

Public geoscience data is pulled continuously — assessment reports, geophysics, geochemistry, drill hole logs, lab assays, LiDAR and academic publications.

  2. Stage 02
    Normalization

Every source is georeferenced, tagged and stitched into a single queryable database. Long-form text documents are converted to structured data. 1960s soil samples finally talk to 2024 electromagnetics.

  3. Stage 03
    Model scoring

Deposit opportunity scoring models rank every hectare on geological prospectivity and provide auditable references back to the raw source data.

  4. Stage 04
    Infrastructure & access checks

Top-ranked tenures are automatically screened for road and water access, existing reserves, permitability and potential environmental conflicts.

  5. Stage 05
    Staking

The highest-ROI parcels are staked by D10 and added to the portfolio.

  6. Stage 06
    Field validation

Ground crews validate the highest-scoring targets with mapping and sampling before land packages are shown to partners and third-party operators.

D10 score

What we rank on.

Every parcel we touch gets a proprietary score between 0 and 100. It blends geological prospectivity with the things exploration companies usually discover the hard way: access, permitability, and infrastructure.
